Since 2002, we've maintained an uninterrupted Quality Management System accredited to ISO9001:2015 (formerly 1SO9001:2008). Through our high quality system, we've demonstrated total dedication and commitment towards professionalism through our employees and organisation as a whole.
Through quality management processes, we are able to analyse trends, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. We guarantee our clients exceptional security services and thus the highest level of protection for their assets. In addition to our current Quality Management System (QMS), Unified has developed an electronic Quality Assurance (eQA) system that provides clients with an online website login, which they can use to interact directly with our QMS.
This level of integration allows users to engage with Unified management on an unprecedented level. Through our designated Client Portal, users can participate in discussions, complete surveys on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, request new or modify existing services, and generate memorandums for various departments. Ultimately, we get a clearer understanding of our clients' needs, and ensure that they receive services that best suit their goals in as short a time period as possible.
