In addition to our current Quality Management System (QMS), Unified has developed an electronic Quality Assurance (eQA) system that gives clients the ability to login online through our website and interact directly with our QMS. This level of integration allows users of the system to engage Unified management on an unprecedented level. Through our designated Client Portal, users can participate in discussions, complete surveys on a Monthly, Quarterly or Annual basis, request new services, modify existing services, or simply generate a memorandum that can be broadcast to an individual or to the department that is responsible for the scope of the issue that is raised. Ultimately, this allows for a clearer understanding of Unified client needs and minimises the time in which
responses are made.
Work Health & Safety
Unified provides ongoing support and mentoring to all of its professional security officers in the area of WHS and risk management to ensure they are kept abreast of any changes to legislative requirements, new industry practices and client specific requirements. As a result, the professional security officers play a crucial part in providing our clients a suitable and safe working environment.
