Oct 1, 2008 On the 1st of October 2008 Unified Security’s Management team made the decision to transfer its paper based Quality Management System to a Computer Based Quality Management System utilising the latest in database technologies. Through a powerful combination of a Document Management System (DMS) and a Content Management System (CMS), integrating desktop applications, as well as the ability to create in-house electronic forms and deploy them via any Internet browser online, this system controls the flow of information to the right department heads and allows for reporting and approval workflows. Unified has named this computer based Electronic Quality Management System: Electronic Quality Assurance (eQA).
